This Alcohol Abuse Prevention program is a single 30-minute session focused on reducing underage and binge drinking by systematically challenging the beliefs people hold about the effects of alcohol. Once people understand that 90% of the good effects associated with drinking are mental effects they create, they naturally drink less or stop drinking all together.
